Learn Spanish by reading Spanish books, Spanish movies and programs. Even Spanish instructions on food labels can help how you can learn how to speak in Spanish. Limited sources are not an excuse to not learn a foreign language. You can even start translating what you know so far about the Spanish language even just in your own interpretation.

It doesn’t have to be a perfect grammar. When you know some words comprising a sentence, a Spanish sentence in particular, it may turn out incomplete or misusing conjunctions can occur but in your own little way and right, you have already started understanding the Spanish language. An even better practice to get the hang of learning another language is to think about Spanish words every day.

When you get used to making Spanish sentences, help yourself by filling in the words you’re unsure of with the correct one by looking it up on a reliable source, a handy or online dictionary would suffice. When you involve this exercise with your normal day to day activities, you’ll find in the end that the things you do aren’t too difficult anymore to translate in Spanish. The old line “practice makes perfect” still works on this part.

If you think sentence would be too much for you to translate at this point, you can start with words, of course. Just think of a word you want to start learning and then apply it with your daily routine. You can start with 5 Spanish words even if you claim you’re just a beginner. When you think about these words, it will take you less than 20 minutes to incorporate these new words to your learning.

Every Monday, an old lady visits the park at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and drops lune shaped cookies to the well and makes a wish.

When you think about the association of the subject, it seems that it doesn’t support the predicate. There are even similar examples such as this one that makes no sense at all. Anyway, the chosen words here are Monday and the word lune which means crescent. Monday and lune is linked together in the sentence above because the Spanish meaning of Monday is Lunes. The example may appear strange but behind the strangeness is the link between the English words and the Spanish translation to for easier retention.
